March 29, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comOn March 11, I applied for an apartment and disclosed my credit situation upfront. Underwriting assured me it wouldn't be an issue, yet I was denied on March 13. I paid $515, expecting a $450 refund for the admin fee, but it hasn't arrived after 17 days. Despite multiple calls, promises of reimbursement, and filling out online forms, there's been no response. Despite assurances of callbacks, including from the manager, nothing has materialized. This experience has been frustrating, and I advise ...against engaging with this organization. A denial should trigger an immediate refund, and the lack of organization suggests possible malpractice.Read More
