Horrible business management

On March 11, I applied for an apartment and disclosed my credit situation upfront. Underwriting assured me it wouldn't be an issue, yet I was denied on March 13. I paid $515, expecting a $450 refund for the admin fee, but it hasn't arrived after 17 days. Despite multiple calls, promises of reimbursement, and filling out online forms, there's been no response. Despite assurances of callbacks, including from the manager, nothing has materialized. This experience has been frustrating, and I advise ...

The apartments are some of the largest in the city and everyone from the front door concierge to the building managers are extremely helpful and friendly.
