June 21, 2025Too much follow up on every step. Basic enquiry takes longer time than expected. The tenants would require clear communication while dealing with rentals and that was found missing. In general the maintenance and upkeep is good.Property Manager Responded

June 17, 2025We have been living in the community for several months and the service from the Montage team is great. If a repair was needed, it was taken care of very quickly. Any question or need was promptly responded or assisted by the team at the frontdesk. They work very hard to help. This makes our living experience more comfortable. May 10, 2025The community is nice, quiet, and alot of children. Downside is that parents don’t watch their children so there are some annoying occurrences every now and again but not often. The community is well kept. All amenities are not available 24hr a day which sucks because I cannot get off of work and do what I would like to do.
