We love it here!
March 13, 2025At first, I was honestly quite skeptical about moving into a large apartment complex. But after scheduling a showing with Michelle, I was impressed by the modern design of the apartments and the amazing amenities the building offers, like the saltwater pool, gym, yoga room, valet trash pickup, playground, and community events. I couldn’t find a reason not to move in. Now, after about 8 months, we’re still really happy here, and I’m looking forward to the pool reopening!Property Manager Responded

Excellent Property
June 20, 2024We have absolutely loved our time at Montage so far. The staff was very kind and helpful from our tour to applying to moving in. We have not had one bad experience with the unit, staff, or amenities. We have previously lived in apartment complexes but Montage at Marquis Hills puts all others to shame! Best.Property.Ever.
June 20, 2024In all the years I’ve lived at different apartment buildings and complexes, I’ve never felt more welcome and at home than here. The property itself is brand new and beautiful, it’s peaceful but has easy access to highways. What really sets this place apart though is the wonderful staff! They have multiple events with and for residents so we’ve been able to meet and socialize with them and each other.
