Nice place to live
November 21, 2025I chose to move in here because of the amenities (in unit laundry, gym) and the location (right next to two nice parks and close to the university) and it’s honestly a very nice apartment complex. I really appreciate the gym in particular, it’s big with lots of machines and is nice and clean. My only complaints are that they’re hiking the rent a bit with each year and that the maintenance (especially of gym equipment and the filters in the water fountain) could be a bit faster.Review from Apartments.com

Bad Management
April 24, 2025I thought this place would become better with the new management but honestly the old management and maintenance were way better. I was told there was 24/7 emergency maintenance and that was a lie because I was stuck in a 85 degree apartment for 4 days. The front office also never answer the phones. The maintenance has gone down hill and so has the property. The utility prices have also gone up by a lot. They also just let trash pile up at the compactor making it smell. Also, the crime rate is ...high here because they will never shut the gate, so expect your cars to get broken into. Also just called because there are ants everywhere in my room and my roommates, so bad that they have been found in my bed and the office told me “ we can’t do anything for a week, you can go buy stuff yourself tho” that’s not my job.Property Manager Responded

Avoid!
March 26, 2025New management came in and significantly raised the prices and lowered the quality. Maintenance will enter apartments often with no prior notice (which is illegal!!) and without knocking. I’ve had to call the police before, when I came home and found my front door unlocked — turns out, maintenance neglected to lock it. Moreover, they’re renovating the apartment without our consent or permission — they’ve essentially kicked us out of our apartment and made it unlivable for a full week, with ...absolutely no compensation.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT FROM CAMPUS LODGE!
September 24, 2024Wish I could give ZERO STARS! DO NOT RENT FROM CAMPUS LODGE! We have had the absolute worst experience with them! We are out of state so our daughter had to move in by herself the Saturday before classes start. When she arrived to move in, her apartment was not ready for move in. It had NOT BEEN CLEANED and 4 girls were moving in and starting classes the next day. On top of the entire apartment being disgusting their oven did not work and the washer and dryer did not work. It took weeks to ...get anything fixed so they could not wash and dry clothes or cook for weeks. Furniture, cabinets and blinds broken. The carpet was covered in stains. We had to hire a cleaner just so the girls could move in and they are refusing the reimburse us for it. My daughter's car has been broken into 3 times. They had a homeless man hanging out in their stairwell. They had to call the cops to have him removed. He had bolt cutters and drugs in his backpack. They have rodents living INSIDE the apartment. Reported it a week ago and no one has gone to fix the situation. They have seen pest control on the property twice since but no one has handled it. They have caught two rats in the last two days INSIDE one of the girl's rooms/closet. If you call the front office at 3:00pm during business hours the manager has already left for the day and the only way to contact anyone who should be able to do anything is email and of course they are not quick to respond. She is not the only one with these experiences. Unacceptable and unsafe living conditions! Terrible Management!Property Manager Responded
