Nice apartments with a couple issues that could be fixed
February 20, 2026the pool is very nice and there is plenty of parking i also love the screened in balcony’s. January 23, 2026I love montara park I've lived here for two years the workers up front are always helpful and kind, rent is the best pricing around town in my opinion no bug problems excellent management all around!! Definitely recommend for students and others looking for a nice place to live neighbours are quiet too never had issues with them being loud, also feels very safe even at night time. Nice place to live
November 21, 2025I chose to move in here because of the amenities (in unit laundry, gym) and the location (right next to two nice parks and close to the university) and it’s honestly a very nice apartment complex. I really appreciate the gym in particular, it’s big with lots of machines and is nice and clean. My only complaints are that they’re hiking the rent a bit with each year and that the maintenance (especially of gym equipment and the filters in the water fountain) could be a bit faster.Review from Apartments.com
