          Living on the Peninsula in Monte Carlo is simply superb. The apartments are designed extraordinarily well from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious bathroom to the spacious bedroom with a large walk-in closet to the living room with a fireplace including central heating / air with the relatively high ceilings, and tif that were not enough, to the all glass balcony door that spans the width of the living room with a wide open view of the boats floating in the dock.

          My neighbors are friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. The walking areas are safe and peaceful along the marina. Riding the water taxi is so relaxing. The September dances at Burton Chace Park are family- oriented and so much fun. The instructors choreograph dances to specific songs. The photo booth is free. The nearby library, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, and Pavilions are other places to visit. The Marina del Rey mall is worthy of a varied shopping experience that feels like a movie ...

          Lovely place. Nice that it is a smaller complex. Maintenance has been excellent so hope they stay amidst any organizational changes. Do wish there was less turnover in mgmt as that is not a good thing.

          Love living here. It’s quiet, private, clean and most of all the apartment neighbors are friendly. The surrounding area is very serene. Management is professional.
