September 24, 2024My neighbors are friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. The walking areas are safe and peaceful along the marina. Riding the water taxi is so relaxing. The September dances at Burton Chace Park are family- oriented and so much fun. The instructors choreograph dances to specific songs. The photo booth is free. The nearby library, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, and Pavilions are other places to visit. The Marina del Rey mall is worthy of a varied shopping experience that feels like a movie ...set.Property Manager Responded

September 17, 2024Lovely place. Nice that it is a smaller complex. Maintenance has been excellent so hope they stay amidst any organizational changes. Do wish there was less turnover in mgmt as that is not a good thing.Property Manager Responded

They say we are in a "luxury building" yet nothing works and amenities are taken away from residents often as our rental prices increase. Sunsets bleed into fiery oranges and pinks, painting the sky in a masterpiece that never gets old. The constant hum of the harbor thrums with life, a melody I can't imagine living without. Imagine stepping out your door and breathing in the salty air, a constant reminder of the ocean's embrace just steps away. The gentle sway of docked yachts is a ...mesmerizing lullaby, a constant companion to lazy afternoons by the pool. 9 years here, and the magic hasn't faded. The Monte Carlo itself offers a quiet sanctuary within the vibrant energy of the marina.
