January 7, 2025Horrible security, horrible apartment maintenance, extremely old apartments with completely old and falling apart cabinets and closets, new office members pretend not to understand any problem, high prices, condominium always has a homeless person changing or relieving themselves in the trash, unsecured cars, neighbors use a lot of drugs, in addition to the homeless people who use drugs inside the condominium, the pools in the summer are invaded by people who do not live in the condominium, ...homeless people take baths and shave in the jacuzzi, it's been 4 months since I asked for maintenance of the cabinets that are falling on our heads and they close all the service orders! Neighborhood is getting worse.
March 18, 2021The complex itself is very nice, never had any issues. But there has been a rise in car break in's inside the complex, recently. Six in the last month, that I know of. This is a gated complex but gates are often left open. Some kind of security is needed.Review from Apartments.com
LOVE IT
December 14, 2020I have just moved here and it has been the best experience. No infestation as of now and it is a quiet complex with welcoming sweet people. Looks Are Deceiving.
June 28, 2020The complex looks beautiful and the community is honestly very nice but that does not make up for the problems inside units. 1) Major pest infestations. I am an incredibly tidy person, and at least twice a month, I find large living roaches in my kitchen and bathroom. I’ve spoken with several of my neighbors and they also have this issue. 2) Noise. Several neighbors can be incredibly noisy at all hours of the day. 3) Lack of safety. There is only one security guard at each gate and with such a ...large community its not enough. My car was broken into, and I found out the same day that almost all my neighbors have had their cars damaged or broken into. 4) Leasing Office. The managers are really nice and they will listen to you, but they will not take action. I’ve made several requests to have my apartment sprayed, and have received excuses for why it cannot be done. I have a fear of roaches and beetles, so hearing a “no” is a problem. Because of these problems, I am not planning on staying any longer than I have to. It’s a shame especially for the price. Don't live here, You'll regret it
May 23, 2017Horrible security for a "gated community". Cars consistently get broken into & there are bums regularly digging through the trash. Maintenance takes forever to fix things & really only temporarily fix them. Staff doesn't care about any concerns you may raise because they don't have to live here. According to them, "it comes with the territory" and won't improve any time soon. Live anywhere else if you can budget for it!Property Manager Responded
