PLEASANT SURROUNDINGS
September 28, 2016The complex was sold last year and has been upgraded resulting in higher rents, but everything has been refurbished and it's nicer than when I moved in 18 months ago. Maintenance supervisor is responsive to requests, and a problem I had with upstairs neighbors over dropping cigarette butts on my patio was dealt with to my satisfaction. August 2, 2015This is a very pleasant place to live in, I've been living here for 2 years and never had a problem, with tenants or management. They repair any fixtures, right away. Overall the complex is very clean and mantained. And most important its very safe, and family oriented.
