The worst apartment complex in Lancaster
October 3, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comManagement will harass you if they want no one else. They'll ticket you for back in but nothing else not parking in two spot, parking on the walkway. They won't help you resolve any issue with 7 months of being there. Management is trash. Property manager is trash. Told us after 6 months of non peaceful quite hours that we'll be the ones charged for rent after we break the lease because they broke our rights as tenants. They break laws should be fined. Never have I met a landlord who does what he can do to bring his tenants together to know each other and make new friends. manager. He is very hard working and caring for the tenants as well. They are all amazing staff that truly care, listen, and do what they can to fix any issues their tenants have.

I have lived here for 13 months and appreciate the level of care I have received from Melisa, Stephanie, Destiny, and your new addition Iman who always greet me with decency and a true willingness to help. They are organized, caring and friendly and get the job done whenever I might have a request. In particular, Melisa has taken on an additional property and all the responsibility that goes with it and ...despite her workload, is always in good spirits and takes the time to converse with tenants. She really is a jewel as are all of the employees here at Montecito. I have been living in apartments for almost 30 years and only NIBS management comes close to my experience here. In addition, your maintenance team, Kevin and Edward, deserve a great deal of consideration because they work very hard, are spread very thin, but always have a smile on their faces. They really set a true example of good will, pride in their work without being proud. It’s an absolute pleasure being a tenant here at Monticito and I have your entire staff to thank for it. I hope it doesn’t ever change because I am sure that I am the voice of many tenants here. They are Very nice, well kept and spacious inside. One of the best parts is they have washer and dryers in the units, which being a single mom with two kids that Is a godsend. I have lived here for an entire year, it has been Great! Iman, and Stefanie in the front office are amazing they are always nice and professional and have taken care of my needs and gone above and ...beyond to make sure my family and I are comfortable. The maintenance staff is amazing, when ever things are broken or not quit working well they are always available. They have come by on their days off and helped me fix issues. If they come and fix it and it’s still does not work they come back out with no problem until the job is done! Her talent and ability to handle challenging situations and showing genuine empathy for others along the way has been astounding. Often, she has been known to go above and beyond for staff and residents. It is evident that Destiny the assistant manager truly cares about the residents. On one occasion, I remember her assisting myself, helping a resident in need, as well as answering ...a question from maintenance staff while simultaneously keeping her composure. Stephanie the leasing agent has been able to demonstrate customer service skills without comparison. In terms of the maintenance staff, I have never seen such quick, efficient, and caring staff like them in any of my prior apartments. Kevin and Ed are always professional and helpful. In fact, I have called in for maintenance and within minutes they have arrived on my doorstep. The staff has gone above and beyond to create a great morale for everyone that lives here. Living here, you are treating like an actual person and not just a unit number. The grounds are always so nice. They truly take care of the property. If anything needs repair, they work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue and accommodate residents. I feel extremely safe due to the gated community and security. The staff is unprofessionally and horrible theyll tow your car when youre on vacation claiming its been sitting in the same spot too long. The office staff look like theyre about to work at the club and they take forever to fix problems.
