    This place is a home for me I been here since 2019 7 happy years Leasing office crew are awesome, friendly and helpful of residents concerns . I’m a service member been on mission for two years, every times I called the office for any questions or concerns they assist me with GM Marlene thank you and entire staff. Just renewed my lease again. Come see it yourself, you won’t regret it.

    3.5 staff is friendly and the services are available at regular times. Some services are limited due to weather or maintenance, yet other services are coming this month. All together this complex only has minor difficulties on specific aspects of rent day-to-day life yet makes up for it in friendly service and compensation on fair rent and payments

  • Don't rent here

    Not the best place to live. Since we moved here there has been roach problem, neighbors being Loud, the management taking away the large trash bin and using valet trash instead and roof leaking. I can't wait till our lease is up to move.

  • DON’T Live Here

    This place is the absolute worst experience with an apartment I have EVER had. 1. ROACHES. There has been roaches since we moved in and pest control doesn’t come out. 2. A/C and Heat has mass turn on for the entire complex. They didn’t tell us that when we moved in. They only run A/C from April 1-Nov 1. 3. You pay for gas even though there isn’t gas run anything in the apartment. 4. Apartment staff is terrible! Never answer the phones and email. Can’t ever answer a question. Maintenance is a ...
    joke. 5. You can report them to code compliance for the city, but they will just say it’s all okay and lie. Save your time and your money. Don’t live here! It’s terrible!

    I currently live here. And I am anxious for my lease to be completed. I was looking for new apartments to move into and ran into the ones I currently live in. FYI all these apt pictures are lies. The gym has never been opened for the tenants. Laundry area is disgusting. Pools are never open. Infested with roaches. Plus bad customer service!!!!!!!!!

  • Not sure about these guys.

    Last week I came to look for an apartment. They showed me the apartment and I liked it. I put down my deposit and extra fees ( 200$) that was last week before may 1. Today I go in because I've been calling every day of the week to get my status of application. The lady told me that my application hasn't even been submitted in the system but they took my $ for the holding and application fees almost two weeks ago. ... . I keep getting the run around when these guys are playing not answering ...
    their phone. I was told to come back today @ 5 and I will have a answer with my application status. This is ridiculous, I am just trying to find a place to stay. Meanwhile these people can't do their job correctly.

  • Don't do it!

    DO NOT RENT HERE! This place is beyond horrible! I've only been for three months and I've had to deal with ROACHES EVERY SINGLE DAY. I tried plugging up various holes and cracks but they still manage to get in. I'm assuming they're traveling through the vents. Besides the refrigerator, I don't use the kitchen at all as I wouldn't trust any food that's been on the counters or cabinets. I told the office about it and they had someone spray but that literally did nothing! Besides the roaches, all of ...
    the appliances and cabinets are extremely old. The mirror in my bathroom has permanent water damage and they refused to replace it. The ceiling in the bathroom leaks water from time to time. They have two laundry places. One is closed since it doesn't work and the other is extremely nasty looking. Needless to say, I wash clothes elsewhere. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can leave this awful place.

    This place is awful! I don't recommend it to anyone. The apartments are old and falling apart. Maintenance takes their time coming to fix an issue. I've called the emergency maintenance line and they didn't answer and never got back to me. There are roaches everywhere. They claim they spray but the roaches never go away. The office team never answers the phone and when you go in to talk with them they seem annoyed and distracted. They are regularly turning off the water for a couple hours due to ...
    an 'emergency'. The laundry rooms are disgusting and don't work. I have to go to my grandparents' house to do laundry. The gym has been 'under renovation' since I moved in last year. Please don't move here. You'll regret it.
