Monterey Apartments is the most clean, calm and quite little complex I’ve ever lived in. The staff is on top of things, the neighbors are pretty great. Anytime there is an issue they communicate with you and get you taken care of. The office isn’t always open but they still make sure that everything is functioning properly. I’ve lived here for 3 years and so far it’s been home for me and my children. If you are looking for a place to live this is the kind of place you want to live in. Location ...

-These apartments aren’t worth the price you pay.
-The office management is only there one day a week (if you’re lucky sometimes they don’t show up).
-They do the bare minimum to maintain the apartments.
-They don’t do anything about the aggressive pets and ESAs even if your dog gets attacked by them.
-They do the bare minimum about complaints made about other tenants.
-management is bad with communication and ignores emails.
These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in.

These apartments are overpriced and are low quality at best. And when you leave, expect them to find every excuse in the book to keep your deposit. Expect them to make up excuses if there are none "in the book". The maintenance man and management staff indiscriminately nitpick renters about issues that are simple expressions of personal freedom (how you decorate your patio). There is zero security in the parking area and if you ask for repairs expect at least two maintenance people to show up and ...
snoop around your living space to see if there are any "violations" they can use as an excuse to harass you. Worst experience in my 60 years.
