I have really enjoyed living at Monterey Pines over the last 3 years. On occasions I have heard about vehicle break ins but apparently that is something that is at a higher rate in this area. Office staff is pleasant and they greet me by my name. I recommended these apartments to a few of my colleagues. Whenever my family comes to visit they mention how quiet and pretty it is with the surrounding landscape. I recently had an issue with my air conditioning unit and Management worked diligently to ...

Retiring and moving from Northern California, we needed an apartment to rent in Southern California short-term while searching for a new house. From the application process until final checkout, the office staff and maintenance staff were professional and courteous, and responded to our questions and service requests promptly. Coming from a three-bedroom house, we were a bit apprehensive about apartment living, but Monterey Pines exceeded our expectations. Our apartment was spacious and ...

comfortable, the grounds were lovely and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the beautiful pools during the summer heat. Our neighbors were friendly and we always felt safe. We actually hated to leave once we found our house! If we ever need an apartment again in the Inland Empire area, we would definitely return to Monterey Pines.

I've been in this apartment for 2 years and have had a couple problems here. Just to name a few. My car has been broken into we have roaches in the kitchen and when we called to complain we were told it was our fault, the ladies in the office are rude and untrained, the neighbor next door has the cops over every week because of her boyfriend. Either than those things I love the layout and the privacy. We don't have loud annoying neighbors and it's beautiful here.

My Apt and my apt complex s the best because its close to everything. It is quiet and most residents are doctors here! There are two pools and jacuzzis and a gymn.
