Manager doesn’t help AT ALL

Been here 15+ years anytime there’s a maintenance issue such as a clogged toilet or shower, it will be resolved either next day or following day but because I call bug and complain to get help. Especially when it’s 1 bathroom available in my apartment and it becomes a nightmare dealing with these issues. For the period of that amount never had a upgrade or any kind of renewal installation in my unit. 15+ years and it’s still the same. Hoping to be out soon! Management sucks never answers is rude ...

and has all these expectations for the renter but can’t uphold their end as part of THEIR job!
