Work orders are always completed in a timely manner normally in the same day if there are issues they will notify you unlike other places I lived where they take weeks to complete. The complex is clean, kids play around the complex which tells me how family friendly the complex! Looking forward to living here for the next few years! 1 Zero Star rating please
December 13, 2024If I could give a ZERO STAR I would. Do not live here!!! This place is roach infested and termite infested. Management does bare minimum and when asked for action they tell you one thing to your face, but it never gets done. Gates are never fixed, junkies and homeless hangout in the area, and it is definitely not safe. Multiple shootings on 48th st side. Besides the outrageous price I was willing to let it all slide and be happy and done with the worst place I have ever lived after move-out, BUT ...NO, Greystar is the horrible gift that you never wanted. After we properly fulfilled our move out procedure and paid all current move out costs, Greystar screwed up and sent our supposed “final utilities bill” to the apartment we just moved out of, and they never forwarded our mail or called us to let us know there was another “bill”. After 5 MONTHS of blissfully happy to be out of this place, I get a call saying Greystar sent ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR THERE OWN SCREW UP. Do your self a favor, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!Property Manager Responded
