Monterra has well kept grounds, office staff and maintenance staff are very courteous, accommodating and professional. June 6, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comGreat experience. Every time I have an issue they immediately handle it. I have not had to wait. The only issue I have is a serious roach problem. They exterminate every time but they come back. Maybe the neighbors. I keep my apartment clean. I really wish they would put a tent over the apartments because it’s a serious problem. My daughter moved in the building next to mine and she has the same problem. She only lived there 2 months. Residence do not pick up after there dogs but maintenance ...does. But they can’t do it all day. It makes the apartment complex look bad. Overall the office staff is great on getting things done.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Not a good look for the community. Amenities are not that great. The apartments have outdated tubs and are constantly peeling paint. Cabinets and drawers are outdated as well. My apartment randomly has power outages where I have to call for emergency maintenance. Patio is typically attacked with bugs and pigeons. The staff and maintenance workers are very kind and helpful.
