Not An Ideal Place
July 15, 2024I toured this place about a month ago, and was extremely underwhelmed by its appearance. The inside was subpar with roaches, and the outside was dirty and unappealing. The person who helped me tour wasn’t too friendly either nor enthusiastic. I would invest somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com

July 23, 2023Just did a tour today in a 2 bedroom unit for my fiance and I. Mercedes welcomed us and showed us around the place. She was so helpful and friendly! The apartment was clean, big, bug free, and had an amazing view. To top it all off, Liza tried to lie about my Fiance saying all this information was told to us when we have not received a single email or call back from them. Huge cockroach infestation as well. Problem Roaches!
May 7, 2020Don't move here because of the roach infestation. View the apartment you're moving into before signing a lease. We viewed an apartment but it wasn't the apartment we were moving into. The one we moved into turned out to be infested. It's been two years and we still have a roach problem. We didn't have roaches before moving here, now we have to make sure we don't take any when we move from here.Review from Apartments.com
Don't move here
September 7, 2017I don't recommend moving here. There is a cockroach problem and they don't do much to help you. I have had my apartment fogged twice by them and sprayed multiple times. I've tried gel bait and both aerosol and liquid spray, which we had to pay for out of our pockets because when I first emailed them to let them know about the problem I was ignored. I have a baby and I have expressed my concern about them constantly trying to fog and they told me they have to do it a few weeks in a row for the ...problem to subside. That's crazy! How many weeks and toxic chemicals do they expect us to be okay with. It is crazy and I have never ever received a call from the manager to address the problem even though I was told that I would. They don't care about their tenants only the money and will no listen to your concerns. How many months should have to go by for them to fix the problem? September 4, 2015Cute, small layouts. Pet friendly which I love and everyone is very friendly and helpful in the office. Good location - close to nearly everything. On the downside though, the electric bills run HIGH with the wall unit air conditioners and all electric apts., water temperature is not consistent in the bathrooms, and there are problems with bugs...Review from Apartments.com

Hilltop apts
August 15, 2015One of the deciding factors in choosing Monterra Ridge to reside was location! Set upon a hill next to a park, this apartment offers gorgeous views of the Santa Clarita valley. Also, they are pet friendly and there are many places to walk. Location set aside, I also like the living and kitchen area setup, there is a decent amount of space to relax and cook in the kitchen. If I had any complaints the apartment grounds could use a little more tlc such as trimming of trees and just ...continuing with landscape maintenance daily to keep the area looking beautiful.
