Felt Like Home
July 6, 2020We moved from Canada to this location and the location was perfect, in a neighbourhood with shopping galore near by. Lots of green space, the property is beautiful, well maintained and clean. Our apartment was updated, clean and if we had any issues they were dealt with immediately. The shared areas were also clean and well maintained. The property manager Grace and her team take excellent care of this property and we appreciated all of her assistance. Beware!!! Beware!!!!
December 28, 2015Beware!!!!! There has been constant Vehicle Burglary's for the past 10 years and the owners do not do anything about it. they keep raising our rents and cant afford to install a security system or to hire a security guard. the block wall that surrounds the perimeter of the complex was badly damaged during last years La Habra Earthquake. The owners did not want to fix or replace it the wall has big sections of Blocks missing. I have encountered homeless people jump over the damaged wall and they ...go and take a shower at the pool showers and the use the pool bathrooms. The owners need to fix all these problems we pay so much in rent and they keep raising it. what is next the burglars are going to break into aparment units? that's probably why they forced us to get renters insurance on top of the expensive rent we pay already. as soon as my lease expires I am moving out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great location
September 13, 2015One of my favorite things about these apartments is the location. It's located behind a shopping center on the corner of beach and imperial in a quiet la habra residential area. Easy access to many shop and restaurants. The apartment is completely remodeled hardwood floors throughout the apartment updated kitchen central air plenty of storage space. Community offers a pool and a jacuzzi several bbq area throughout the community a small gym and laundry facilities on site.
