So I was inquiring about a residence but the office was closed so I decided to ride through and look around and there was trash all throughout the apartment complex. It looks more like They're running slums. The parking lot, playgrounds, gazebos everything is literally infested with trash, its like a hurricane hit and no one cared to clean it up so I can only imagine how management runs the place. I wonder if I can possibly contact the city of Savannah about this.

I had lived there for two years, and hated it. All it is an upscale projects. Kids run rapid, some have home training but most don’t. Some neighbors don’t know how to go to bed at a decent hour. They like hanging in the breeze way. Basically it’s trashy, dirty, just not kept up well. I’m so glad to leaving a 1000% better place. I will never in this life time recommend this place not even to my worse enemy. And for those that like and said they haven’t had problems, well either one they never had ...

I have been living at the Montgomery Landing shy of one year, and I love the community. I have had a very pleasant stay the staff is friendly and understanding and they work hard to keep the community. I love Tamika and Tiesha in the office and old Assistant Julie was a blast too. By far one of the best apartments I have lived in! I feel they appreciate me as a resident and I appreciate them also. Love it here!!!

The apartment has gotten worst in last few years. The office has a big turn over of staff. The current young lady in office is rude and disrespectful. I saw a maintenance guy come out my neighbor apartment. She had no request for maintenance. A lot of children running around in breeze way through trash. Please rethink moving here-I will be moving soon. Just awful

I ran across these reviews trying to give a visitor directions to my apartment and was like huh Their is some truth and a lot of lies! The community did change management and for a moment the community was in limbo... We needed the breezeways pressure washed and their was ALOT of kids running around. I have lived here since the community opened and thought about moving during that time. However, we got a new manager who was a younger women and cleaned the community up with the help of her ...
assistant. She is always out walking the community and I have even seen her picking up trash at the compactor! Honestly, I agree with the fine some people throw that trash on ground and send the children and they throw the trash on the ground and for a while we had wild dogs out here and the office staff trapped them and called the catcher. These ladies go unappreciated for the hard work I have seen them do! The young people today are just disrespectful and I don't think the staff allows you to run over them. The community is CLEAN! As a matter of fact they were cleaning my breezeway this week and painting the doors. Sounds to me like some of the one stars may have been put outs or never let in because I can witness that some of these ratings are ridiculous! The office staff and maintenance are excellent! The maintenance staff come right away and they are so nice. I have been here since the beginning and never had an issue. I read the review about the trash fine, but do you not want to live in a nice place I don't get it!!!

I moved in almost a year ago and I really like my apartment! The office staff is respectful and kind. I read the reviews and was wondering if I should move in initially but decided to go forward and I am glad I did. Now, I will say if you do not monitor your children or throw trash the community office staff will fine you but that is normal, and makes me feel like the property won't be trashed. I have been living at the Montgomery Landing for 2 years now and, the staff works diligently to make the move- in transition as smooth as possible. They go out of their way to make certain that if there is a problem the resolution is performed quickly and to the residents' satisfaction.They have also recently updated the flooring to vinyl hardwood, which is very beautiful and gives the apartment a homey feel to it. The community is beautiful! I enjoy living here, the community is always clean and most importantly the community manager cares about the community. The staff will have to drag me out of my apartment to get rid of me! When my family and friends visit the grounds are always clean and the maintenance team is great. They passed me and saw a piece of trash, immediately they stopped the golf cart and reversed it to pick up the single piece of trash, I really see them making great efforts. The ...

The apartments were clean, they had a great pool. The office staff was super awesome and professional they treated me with respect and addressed any issues I had. I recently moved from another apartment complex that I was unhappy with. I turned in my application and the staff was super efficient and professional. The ladies did not give me the run around and really seemed to know what they were doing. the staff in the front office is horrible and do not know how to have conversations with the tenants. They fine you $25.00 if you do not push your trash all the way to the back with this nasty horrible 2x4.
