June 17, 2024They will lie to you just to get you to move in. If you don’t have the 3rd floor, you will hear every little foot step from above tenants. Terrible experience living here, this place is built cheap, we’ve had terrible neighbors. They smoke in the buildings when not allowed. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Lots of potential…
August 29, 2023Lazy and disrespectful tenants have made it a challenge to enjoy our time here. There are many dog owners who allow their dogs to mess in common areas and it does not get cleaned. Maintenance/ grounds who is responsible for day to day stuff like that does bare minimum. No rules are enforced for making this an enjoyable community. Beautiful floor plans and nice area, being ruined by the people here…Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2023I HIGHLY recommend Montgomery place apartments be your next home! I have lived here for a year and a half now and can’t wait to sign another lease! You definitely get what you pay for here! I love the community everyone is very friendly. Sure there have been some issues, but that is at every apartment complex. Staff is very friendly and helpful no matter what your needs are. Work orders are completed in a very timely matter. The amenities here are well maintained and are super convenient ! Problem after Problem
December 26, 2022The apartment itself- nice appliances and finish, good floor plans. Luckily our unit hasn’t had many serious issues. But.. multiple building after the snow storm and ongoing weather have lost heat, water, garages are opening on their own and ruining tenants items. Pipes are bursting. The issues are still unresolved (4 days later). Community- everyone we live around is very nice and considerate. There was some high crime in 2021 and fall of 2022. Catalytic converters were stolen, someone was held ...at gunpoint over one of them. In October of 2022 there was a murder in building 7 and management hasn’t done much nor can they really? Cameras would be appreciated and parking passes are in the works but they’ve been saying that for 2 months now. They have a security company walking around at night to ‘monitor’ the community. Our compactor has been down for almost 2 weeks now so either the garbage is piling up in our apartment or there’s just bags piling up outside the compactor itself. They told us to use the bins by the new buildings but it’s very inconvenient and feels almost gross to have to hoist your garbage over your body to get it into the dumpsters.. don’t expect management to reply to your maintenance requests anytime soon because they either don’t know what to do or don’t care. Maintenance is just rude and unavailable
December 24, 2022I needed a maintenance about the smoke alarm going off continuously right now. They can only fix this in a few days and when I tried to explain the situation to the maintenance guy that this cannot wait, the maintenance guy laughed. Lovely Loft Like Apartment
February 21, 2021While they had startup issues, they are working those out and being responsive to tenants. My apartment is loft like with beautiful ceilings, light fixtures, floor, appliances, etc. Love working in the kitchen with island, and the master closet is a girl's dream.
