Smell, not clean, no answer There is bad smell at home, I got home dirty, they didn’t clean it. I am trying to call the number supposed to be working 24/7 but nobody answering.

Door Lock Repair Submitted the lock going offline early Monday morning around 4am and it was resolved on Thursday. Maintenance came by on Tuesday but to no resolve, it wasn’t until the lock sent alert of low dying batteries that the issue was resolved.

Leak in ceiling As usual, our maintenance request was handled with kindness, care and professionalism. Took extrta time and personnel to resolve the problem, not just patch the ceiling. Painter was amazingly efficient with patching and painting. Thank you all.
