Heat and a/c work well, and there's plenty of hot water. Unfortunately, my washer's spin cycle doesn't work very well and requires a separate spin cycle for every load of laundry, my front door doesn't stay latched unless I dead bolt it (I've filed multiple maintenance requests about it, but it hasn't improved), and the roaches are ridiculous. Even when the community is doing weekly treatments, it hasn't helped much.
