We moved into a unit months ago with many unaddressed maintenance issues. Despite paying more to move in early and being reassured that “everything would be fixed”, we’re still waiting to resolve issues that occurred before we even lived here. I’ve sent countless emails and have been in correspondence, but still have no solution. I’m told the maintanence team is short staffed which I believe, but at this point I’m convinced that management truly doesn’t care. I’ve asked for the corporate number ...
and it wasn’t provided. For the cost of rent, you can live somewhere much nicer with actual privacy. For this cost, you can certainly get a unit without broken fans, doors, and windows. With so many people working hybrid or from home, beware, this is NOT a good place for that. Essentially paying a mortgage and we’re not allowed to even have a grill. Very regrettable experience.
