February 28, 2025I recently moved into Montiavo townhomes. I was coming from a very bad experience living at Knowlwood Meadows. Total opposites in choosing of employees and overall caring about your residents. I was disappointed in the way things were handled and afraid to experience the same thing moving forward. I lost my 4000.00 deposit and was left with nothing for my next move. Montiavo not only extended their hand but walked me through the process and helped in every way possible to get me housed!
