      When I moved in you could tell the front of the community had some upgrades the back of the community has not received. BUT what I didn't realize was that was temporary. Getting a new door, paint and windows makes a huge difference and man I am thankful

    • Management issues

      Although the apartment itself is average, the management is absolutely terrible and constantly making promises that they don't keep. I chose this apartment complex largely for the amenities (i.e. Pool, clubhouse, gym, etc.) but they have been unusable since I moved in about 6 months ago. Unfortunately, instead of giving any clear timeline for expectations the management makes commitments that they have no intention of following through with. Some examples are below: -Promises that the pool would ...
      be open by March 2023. The pool was not opened by the time I moved in in June and a ridiculous excuse was given. From this point on I literally passed by the office every 1-2 weeks asking about the pool and each and every time a different excuse was given for why it wasn't open yet while I was also promised that it would be open in 2 weeks again and again. For the record, although the pool completed construction and was filled for photos, it was never opened for use by anyone and now it has been closed for the winter. -Similar promises were made regarding the gym. Initially informed that it would be open by March and that further equipment would be added. Instead, equipment was actually removed (only leaving a set of dumbbells (but no bench), a couple of treadmills, and an elliptical). Furthermore, when the gym was finally opened in August they stated that the hours are limited to when they would be in the office instead of 24/7 as was promised. Promises of it being made 24/7 with keyfobs have been made repeatedly with no follow through till now. I understand how difficult it can be to coordinate construction and scheduling but some transparency and culpability should be the bare minimum from the management of such a large and successful apartment complex...

      This place is horrible and is constantly under new management. Everything is outdated while the rent increases. Moldy windows Appliances dont work and takes weeks for replacement. There is no communication. Water drips through the ceiling. Outlets in the house does not work.
