May 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comBeautiful new and modern apartments — and my balcony is the best! The amenities — lounge, game room, terrace and bbq area are great and free to use and reserve. And I love being walking distance (on Paseo bridge) to Valencia Town Center with restaurants, movies and bars, plus a quick walk to health club. People are all kind and management is responsive. You’ll love living here. And now Starbucks is right across from Monticello. ??????
