Great Until Move-Out — Billing Issues Ruined It

We lived in this apartment for two years without any major issues, but the move-out process completely changed our experience. After we vacated the unit and returned our keys, the management continued to charge us for utilities we did not use and could not have used. Even after explaining the situation multiple times, they refused to correct the charges and instead pushed repayment plans and settlement offers.
What should have been a simple, straightforward move-out turned into a frustrating ...
back-and-forth where we felt ignored and unfairly billed. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unwillingness to resolve the issue professionally really soured our entire experience.
If you’re considering living here, be prepared for potential issues when you decide to move out. The move-out process was stressful, unorganized, and ultimately cost us money we should not have owed.
