This place does not care about your wellbeing. You are a paycheck.
The front-end received a remodel within the last 2 years, but this excluded the open-from-road mailroom that has a security camera that hasn’t worked in over 6 years.
I have been dealing with mail theft incidents in the middle of the day here, ongoing for months and into years depending how you look at it.

Also, it is always 80 in the apartment due to the low quality AC units and lack-of insulation. Find somewhere else that values your money.
