October 4, 2025The only thing I like is the location. I don't like the $15 monthly trash fee. Which I can throw the trash on my own. My upstairs neighbors are very loud we get a lot of noise coming from upstairs. Did a lot of noise complaints and nothing works. My experience has not been very well.Review from Apartments.com

September 18, 2025I've only been here for a few weeks but I'm enjoying my stay here. Staff has been extraordinary when I ask questions or make requests. My neighbors are also nice and quiet, which is certainly a bonus. Apartment certainly does not look like it was built in 1984. It has been very well maintained. June 8, 2025This apartment complex is associated with Matador towing company and they wrongfully tow vehicles! My car was registered and parked where there were no signs or print on concrete stating “resident only” ive emailed and called and haven’t been able to communicate with anyone about getting a refund! Upon research i realized this is a pattern for the apartment complex and the towing company! Your visitors cars WILL be towed wrongfully if you lease here!Property Manager Responded
