October 4, 2025The only thing I like is the location. I don't like the $15 monthly trash fee. Which I can throw the trash on my own. My upstairs neighbors are very loud we get a lot of noise coming from upstairs. Did a lot of noise complaints and nothing works. My experience has not been very well.Property Manager Responded

September 18, 2025I've only been here for a few weeks but I'm enjoying my stay here. Staff has been extraordinary when I ask questions or make requests. My neighbors are also nice and quiet, which is certainly a bonus. Apartment certainly does not look like it was built in 1984. It has been very well maintained.
