May 15, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI like the area around here. A lot of things around here i.e. stores to buy food and laundromats. Met a couple of neighbors around and they seem to have a pretty calm demeanor. Also seems like the main office personnel actually care about what's going on around here with the tenants, like for mother's Day. They had a create a bouquet for mothers day event. So far it has been pretty well.

May 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWell maintained older apartment complex in West Irving. Any maintenance issues (and they have been few) are handled in a timely manner. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Covered parking is available (for an additional fee), and there is also a valet trash service. Neighborhood is mostly quiet. Ana patiently helped me complete my application after the apartment tour. My application was approved the same day! After I moved in, I was assigned an agent, Elita, who gives me real-time support and answers my questions and concerns. My upstairs neighbors are very loud we get a lot of noise coming from upstairs. Did a lot of noise complaints and nothing works. My experience has not been very well.Property Manager Responded
