          Amazing location. I have lived here for 18 months now. I will not be moving anytime soon. The facilities are second to none. The staff are kind and helpful. They jump at every opportunity to help you feel at home. Can’t say enough.

        • Advise you look elsewhere

          If you aren’t on the top floor, you are going to wonder if elephants live above you. But after to speaking with other tenants, I can assure you it’s just shoddy construction. Having lived in apartments for most of my life, I’ve never had this much of an issue. Sleeping with white noise on full blast helps but that doesn’t make it any less annoying in the day. The other gripe I have is that the maintenance is poor. Security gates not working for months on end be kind of thing. Broken lamp posts, ...
          signs and unfinished landscaping go beyond what should be expected at this price point. Truly advise you look elsewhere.

        • Dont waste your time

          August 26, 2022
          I lived at Montreux a year. I would not recommend anyone to live here. Due to staff treatment, the elevators constantly being down, the thin walls and constant noise from upstairs neighbors was enough to make me move. Don’t get me started on the dog smells when coming into the building due to people not cleaning up after their pets as well as the pet garbage can never being emptied regularly. Majority of the times there was little to no one in the office or around to answer the phone if you ...
          called. The major issue was when I moved out. I was told “oh you had a pet” we seen it through the black light so we will be charging you to replace the carpet. First of all I never had a pet, I’m allergic and further more my application said I had no pets as well as when you put in a Maintenance request, it ask you do you have any pets. So it is very odd to me if I had a pet wouldn’t maintenance or furthermore the cameras see it? Because it was not listed on my move in sheet that there were issues with the carpet there is nothing they can do. When I moved in the carpet was just vacuumed. You cannot see a prior wet stain that seeped through a carpet unless it had a color so if it isn’t visible how would I have known? Mind you the carpet was not brand new prior to me moving in. The whole situation was very eye opening. It shows you how these corporations do you once you are no longer paying them. They try and nickel and dime you for normal wear and tear on top of that the tones and attitudes from management was ridiculous. I am glad to have moved from this complex. Asset management group values do not align with the staff and policy’s that happen within the leasing office at Montreux.

        • Looks can be deceiving

          February 5, 2022
          Pool heater is once again broken. Luckily elevator actually working tonight. Management forces use of parcel pending but then packages get left out in the open and are frequently stolen. Parking lot security gates don’t work. Rules are stated but not enforced. Management is a joke - not available after hours to handle matters that should have been addressed during regular hours.
