My experience has been great. Angelina in the leasing office is very friendly and available whenever you have questions. The area is quiet, calm, friendly, family oriented. They host community events which creates a fun way to enjoy time with family and connect with the community. This setting is perfect for me, I appreciate a tranquil suburban lifestyle.

After applying for a rental, you have less than 72 hours to cancel your application. If you don't they will keep your deposit. They don't tell you this and it is not clearly communicated in the application. Beware.
