The worst place I have ever lived at!
July 3, 2018Property manager just tells you that every apartment has large roaches! This is not true, I moved from an apartment last year that had no trace of insects. They put weather stripping up around my doors and left all of the remnants, trash and debris on my floor all of which I had to clean up. They will blow trash and debris into the gaps in the old doors and you have to clean up the mess. I am also plagued by termites, knats coming out of the drain etc, I let the manager know and she just ...disregarded what I was saying. My neighbors up above me jump and bang on the walls when I am trying to sleep on my days off on the weekend (I work 3rd shift during the week). The molding in the bathroom looks like it has been chewed up by an animal that was locked in there for a while. Mold is growing from under the bathroom sink and when I told her about these issues and she disregarded the termite issue (which I have pics of), the mold issue (I have pics of) as well as the knats flying around (used a home-made trap so I have plenty of proof of the knats) and coming out of the kitchen and bath room drains. Weather stripping was the only defense they applied besides the pest control that does not help and I did have to clean up their mess. The pest control that they use has to be done frequently and will not contain the insects. I woke up one day to a man just standing in my living room so they will enter your apartment when you are sleeping. I was told that every apartment had roaches and she disregarded my comments about the termites coming into my back door uncontrollably as well as the mold issues. BEWARE!!! The health department needs to inspect this place soon. Good thing my lease is almost up. Gook Luck.Property Manager Responded

MOLD, MOLD, MOLD!!!
March 22, 2018If I could give this place negative stars, I would! Nothing but a DUMP, and FULL OF MOLD!!! Management absolutely IGNORES THE ISSUES! Every other tenet I have spoken to about this mold problem, they have also told me they experience mold. I am NOT the only one! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!!! Poor property manager
October 12, 2017Poor property manager, office girl is like jekyl and hyde. Maintenance is constantly turnes over current main.men one spends more time in his apartment throughout the day instead of working,one young one rides around and hides and listens to his music or on the phone and spending alot of time just sitting around talking to residents. Garbage in garbage area all over the ground at Madison place, been a problem forever, property manager lies about getting the problem fixed, rats,raccoons,snakes all ...kinds of rodents coming out around madison place due to the major garbage problem. Owners have changed hands in the past 3 months, we were hoping for improvement but nothing has happened yet in the 3 months not even cleaning up the out of control garbage. Property manager knows about drug dealing going on and allowed it even let the known drug dealers sign a new lease,so if your a drug dealer, live here and introduce your self to the property manager,she will welcome you with open arms. Property manager will tell you what you want to hear, just to get you out of the office or off the phone. She lies about getting things done. Maintenance men do not know how to do their jobs. The one that sits in his apt. more than working when on call-hope you dont have your air break as he has no idea how to fix them. This property has consitently gone down and is becoming a dump. August 29, 2015My family and I live at Willow Creek Apartments in Mooresville,NC . We live it here. We have 2 bedroom apartment. In the apartment complex we have a pool a play ground for the kids. There is washers and dryers to use. Or you can have your own in your apartment. The Maintenance men are great! The ladies in the office are helpful and very nice. We just moved here in March of 2015.
