Nothing ever gets fixed or completed since the new management took over. I can’t wait to leave. The manager is very condescending and always too busy. Most of the time the office is closed because they don’t have enough staff to run it. There. Is only ONE maintenance man poor thing responsible for all the work. I’ve had a bullet come through my wall there’s no security homeless drug addicts walk the grounds all day and night. My car has been broken into all the gates on the property are broken. ...

Morada Grande would be a comfortable and beautiful community but just needs some touch up's here and there. Especially the homeless living and sleeping in the garbage cans and bathing in the swimming pool. Trash thrown everywhere, garbage cans aflow, graffiti on walls non working front gates, roach infestation, broken signage when entering the community. Price for rent doesn't do justice for the class it falls into.

This place is horrible don’t move in here!!! Save your money. Management doesn’t care about anyone’s concerns. Property always has trash everywhere. They don’t enforce the leash law for animals. The padding or insulation between the floors is horrible. Oh believe me I’m not planning on renewing my lease.

Honestly since they switched the people in the office nothing ever gets done. 3+ weeks for work orders. Gates are broken so people can just get into the complex even though it's suppose to be secure. So many broke down cars in the uncovered spots hard to find parking sometimes. Homeless people bathing in the swimming pool. hot tub doesn't work. People have huge parties and leave trash everywhere. There's a bullet hole in my wall (someone in the bank parking lot shooting and a stray bullet came ...
through the wall from outside) that they just put some caulking over. Dog poop everywhere. I got pics of people urinating on cars. They charge you up the wahoo for all these "Amenities" . The people in the office don't care about nothing. Don't waste your money if I could afford to move I would but I'm poor like most people.
