      I am sure it can be difficult running such a large community, and the staff does a great job. We have lived in other communities in Vacaville that were less safe and poorly maintained. I believe we have had the best experience living here compared to any other community we have lived in in Solano County!

      We’ve had problems with our drainage of our bathroom sink and shower Many a times, we’ve done it ourselves but with no avail. Our maintenance crew which is Derek & Josh comes by upon request for them to clear our drainages have been very successful. I cannot tell you how many difficulties we’ve had with other things. You request for them to come and that same day, they’re right there for you. Our maintenance team are an excellent team working together which makes Morgan Park a very desirable ...

      Location is great, but that only gets you so much. Pool is pretty, but have deep pockets because HVAC systems appear to be insufficient in cooling.

      Been living here for years, the staff from the office personnel to the maintenance team have been exceptional and professional. My neighbors are great, and for the Apartment Complex here at Morgan Park, it’s been convenient to walk over to the stores and banks. Overall, a Great place to Live.
