Location is great. Close to everything. Complex is nice and the grounds are well-maintained. Appliances need to be upgraded as most of them have issues and are 10 years old. The washing machines are HORRIBLE!!!! Inside the foyers of the building, the carpets are disgusting...stained. The air conditioner in the foyer doesn't work. Oh and the buildings need to be seriously power washed. They are black on the balconies.

Great place to live. Relax at the pool. Great gym workout. Quiet neighborhood. Great scenery and safe neighborhood. Conveniently located with great restaurants near by and parks and beaches within walking distance.

Getting better as improvements are made. Not luxury yet but hopefully soon. Some improvements still need to be done like activating the security and doorbell systems & updating badly stained hallway carpets.
