November 13, 2024It's loud, unsafe, and I wish I had never signed a lease. I get nickel and dimed every month, I have had parts of my car stolen from the parking lot. The towing company is on the list of well-known predatory towing companies. The office staff is useless. Good luck, babe!Property Manager Responded

Don't move here
October 21, 2024There are so many other nicer and cheaper apartments close to base in Fayetteville. When my boyfriend first moved into his 1 bedroom here, the apartment REAKED of cigarette smoke and there were yellow cigarette stains in the bathroom. The apartment looked like it hadn't been renovated, updated or cleaned since 1991. I can't believe they are charging so much when there are more updated and renovated apartments in the area for cheaper. I have had a homeless man ask for money inside the apartment ...complex. Also, they charge for guest parking now! The neighborhood isn't even gated but they will tow your car if you don't pay for parking. The walls are also PAPER THIN! I can hear my upstairs neighbors' conversations, tv, music, their phone going off. I hear everything they do.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT!
December 2, 2022If I could give less than a 1 I would. There is just no getting around how unorganized this apartment area is. Do not move here. They will post under this and say, "call us so we can talk about your issues" but that is never ever how they handle anything. They are replacing the super old pipes in the buildings and I have a newborn baby and 4 kids and they told us they would be doing the repairs on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and all the furniture would need to be moved and the water would ...be cut off. That was fine with me so I moved everything and emptied the cabinets and went to my mom's house for 3 days. Well on Wednesday I notice no activity in my home and I ask what is going on. They say the repairs were moved back to Friday and Saturday. Well today is Friday and still no activity in my home. I call and now they are saying it will be Saturday- Monday instead. I've been out of my house since Tuesday with my family and they just keep moving the date back. On top of that they will not compensate you for your inconvenience, but they want you to just deal with whatever they throw at you. Now this weekend I'll be in my place with no water and all of us on top of each other because my furniture is everywhere. My kids will be there in the middle of this construction and my baby. They do not care and they didn't let me know ahead of time that the days were moved back I had to ask. I absolutely hate this place so much. December 7, 2022Good evening Jontue, We truly apologize for the delay with the plumbing work at your building. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances with the vendor, they were unable to get to your building within the time frame they had originally scheduled. We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I have spoken with the vendor asking for better communication with the office if there will be a deviation from the communicated schedule. We are working to improve the community in being proactive with the plumbing in hopes to alleviate issues in the future. very bad
June 30, 2020no lawdry room , all the bugs in the room, noisy, and the office is not communitive , call office 10 times, they just answer one time. call them to fix the burner, one month later they will fix it. Do not choose here.Property Manager Responded

I love living here
July 9, 2018I’ve enjoyed living here for a year now, the staff and maintenance are wonderful they always resolve my issue promptly with a warm and friendly smile, my children and I love the pool and the gym, this area is super safe for play, walking or jogging like I said I just love living hereProperty Manager Responded

Amazing Service
June 12, 2018Everyone that works at the complex is so amazing! They are definitely the standard of what a community should be like. The workers are always willing to help and give a hand! Amber, the manager is the best! She helps get what you need done! Christina and Lily are great and always greet you with a huge smile! The overall atmosphere is very welcoming and I wouldn’t choose any other place to live. Morganton Place Apartments is also very close to base so its perfect for commuting to work for those ...who are military! I’ve been living in this community for almost 2 yrs and I’m so glad that I made the decision to live here! I love it!Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Staff and Great location
May 24, 2018We have lived here for about a year and I can easily say the staff really care about their jobs. The front office is always helpful and does so with a smile. The location is perfect for anyone. We're just a couple miles from Fort Bragg and just up Morganton Road there are many different restaurants and stores to meet any food or material need.Property Manager Responded
