Employees/Management are terrible
August 9, 2024No employee seems to be in charge of anything, they just pass you around till you give up. Lease was drawn up wrong and we didn’t catch it, so charged a full month extra when we weren’t even living there. Repeatedly called to get it resolved, just to be passed around. Painters and crew are creepy and stare at the young female tenants. Unless you want to receive more than an envelope, you can’t get mail there. They recommend you have it held at far away (by foot) locations.Review from Apartments.com
