MICE AND ROACH INFESTED!!!!!
January 12, 2026Please dont be fooled buy the cost of the cheap rent. My apartment is infested with roaches and mice since I moved in. I call the rental office and they send in someone to spray the apartment and it does absolutely nothing. My apartment has been treated for mice and roaches 6 times. Please stay away. February 12, 2023Gun Violence in our parking lot. Unsolved shootings, gunmen at large. Mold, Mildew in the community laundry room which you have to pay per load. be careful going to the laundry mat across the street because there are Stabbings there. Management does not care about residents. Amenities advertised are not actually available for use. Not the gym, not the theatre and last summer not the pool. We paid a fee for these amenities and expected for them to be available.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2022Do not expect maintenance or the leasing office to show sympathy or answer your concerns in a timely manner. If the buying process for a home was slightly easier. Worst management ever
November 13, 2021Maintenance does not attend to emergencies in a timely manner. Inactive pole lights stay lying on the ground for months. There is no light in the parking lots. No one answers the phone in the office. Methods of rent payment are limited. The property has been sold twice in the past two years.Property Manager Responded

DO .. NOT .. MOVE .. HERE!
June 30, 2020I moved into Morningside in 2015. The first few years I lived at this property, I had hardly any complaints except for when my car had got broken into. There are not any cameras on the property, so I was not able to gather much evidence. My first apartment was quite spacious and never encountered any issues with pest ( as I was on the 3rd floor). In 2017, I was put on bed rest during my pregnancy and was forced to transfer to an apartment on the first floor in a different complex on ...Morningside’s property. Since then, I have encountered severe water damage 3 times, as well as an issue with mice that took 5 months to get addressed. Maintenance takes days to even acknowledge your service tickets. You have to call the office daily to get anything expedited. Emailing the property manager with your concerns is pointless, because she does the bare minimal and replies when it’s convenient for her. On the plus side, the leasing staff have been pretty nice and try to assist when they can. It’s pretty much best to just avoid this property, unless you are okay with no sense of urgency and having your service requests placed on the back-burner until it is deemed fit to get them addressed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

No Deposit Refund as they advised
August 15, 2016I was looking to possibly rent from this complex. I put a $250 deposit down for an apartment-they stated that the deposit was refundable. I emailed and called for two months. One day they would say that the check was in the mail and the next day they would state "oh we just put it in the mail." Meanwhile, there are several other apartments in the area that have much better customer service, with leasing agents that don't have nasty attitudes. Winter weather
January 26, 2016I just want to inform anyone that plans on moving here that if you value your job and time do not move here, it is Tuesday and they have not even shoveled the sidewalks. When I went into the office they seemed like they could careless. I have called over and over again. It is hard to pay rent when they have made it nearly impossible to get your car out and to get to work. This is not the first year this has happened I have lived here for 3 years.
