Renewal Pricing Without Review and Ignored Resident Concerns

My experience with A | P Companies and the management team at Morningside Courts has been consistently disappointing due to non-transparent renewal practices, lack of due diligence, and repeated failure to address documented safety concerns.

evaluation was completed in that timeframe. When I asked who reviewed my file and whether pricing was auto-generated, management stated they are “not obligated” to provide any information about pricing methodology, criteria, or market analysis.
Management also stated that “if we evaluate your account, then we would need to do so for all pending renewals,” which implies that no pending renewals are being evaluated at all. If evaluating all renewals is the required standard, it should be implemented as company policy. Their refusal to do so further undermines the validity of the renewal offer.
Additionally, the property has repeatedly ignored my documented safety and harassment concerns, dismissing them as “police matters” despite management’s responsibility to maintain a safe living environment and enforce community standards. None of these issues have been acknowledged in any renewal communication.
The final response from management stated that the renewal offer “will not be adjusted,” that “no additional review or negotiation” will occur, and that I may either accept the rate or vacate.
This pattern reflects poor business practices, lack of transparency, and disregard for resident concerns. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.
