A Smokers Paradise

The ad says smoke free but it definitely isn't. There is woman who smokes near the stairs on the second floor for a majority of the day and a handful of chain smokers that take turns smoking at the front gate. You have to walk through it everyday when you enter. Also, if you like weed, you're in luck. Many of the residents smoke weed in their apartments. The smell seemed to come through the vents and we could never open the windows. When we complained to management, they said there was nothing ...

they could do because it's legal to smoke cigarets and weed. So long story short, if you love smoking, welcome home. If you don't like smoking, definitely do not move here.

Apartment is nice, everything else is just so-so

The apartment itself is nice and comfortable. Spacious living room and kitchen/dining area. Closet also had a lot of space. If all I had to rate was just the apartment, I would give it a 4 because the floors tended to creak on the 2nd floor and I've had the neighbors below me complain. The parking spaces are not connected to your apartment so it can be a pain to travel so far to get to your car or to the dumpster. Some car port doors have to be opened manually and they require you to lock them. ...

No elevators so be prepared to move everything up and down the stairs if you're moving in to the second floor. This is all in a gated complex. There are only 4 washers and 4 dryers each so avoid peak hours... Management isn't the most receptive to complaints about things that need to be fixed so you will need to be firm and insist that they fix whatever problems the apartment is having. They will dismiss it in hopes that you decide to fix it yourself or that you stop complaining.

I tried to call these people to ask how much for an apartment and they sent me straight to voice mail not once not twice but 3 times so don't bother here. Its a waste of time!!!

Been here 5 months, quiet and very friendly location. Free water, garage parking, swimming pool, wash and dryer facility. Very reasonable price for apartment.
