Morris-Elm is a mixed-use complex comprised of two (2) buildings with thirty-four (34) residential apartments and 3 office suites located at 34-36 Elm Street, Morristown, New Jersey (the “Property”). The Property is situated on approximately one (1) acre of beautifully landscaped grounds with forty-one (41) on-site parking spaces. The heat (central boiler – hot water system), water and sewer are paid for by the Property. The Tenant pays for its own cooking gas and electricity, which are separately metered .

Terrible Wooden floors

Small Space Living at it's Finest
May 17, 2021I moved to Morristown in 2013 and found this small but affordable studio in the heart of town. You cannot beat the location- short walk to the train, bars\restaurants and shopping. Parking is private in the back lot-never have to worry about finding a spot. My apartment was bright and airy. The building and shared laundry facilities are well kept and clean. Simple Studio
June 2, 2020This place is great. The studio is a good size, my apartment was fully renovated upon my arrival. The Super is friendly and quick to fix anything you need! Close to everything- don’t need a car. Parking On premise if you have a car. Laundry room and storage in the basement. 10 minutes walk to train into Manhattan- Highway is less then 5 driving minutes away as well. Great grounds, well kept. Amazing place to live - Close to town and train!
June 5, 2018I moved into Morris-Elm in March 2017 and could not be happier with my decision. My studio apartment was the perfect size and very well-kept. The move-in process was so easy and the Leasing Office was quick to respond with any questions. The property manager, Zack, could not be more helpful or friendly when it came to any small issues I ran into. Having parking and being SO close to downtown Morristown and the train station is such an amazing perk. You're never more than a few minutes from a bar, ...restaurant, shopping, etc. The grounds and the common spaces of the building are always clean - there is a brand new grill in the back, perfect for summer months!
