My earliest recollection of Morrison Yard was it looked and felt like I was living in a high end resort! However, no one takes care of it anymore and it saddens me every year to see the property being neglected and mismanaged. It is now dirty in the resident hallways, with blackened carpeting, marred walls and floorboards, animal hair in all the stairwells and poor communication to residents on all fronts. Please make this place great again as the location and public places were fabulous!

Excellent location and friendly staff. The landscaping is always maintained and beautiful. I love the assigned parking spots and nightly trash pickup service. I just wish we had a Golden Tee!

I have really enjoyed living here; it is always clean and has great amenities for me and my pets. Parking and package room are my two main complaints- very unorganized and limited. Not as bad as some other places I toured, where the overflow was far, far away, though!

The amenities and the location make very nice to be here. Of course, parking continues to be a challenge for many. Really, my only concern is the “traffic” jam of ride share pick ups and drop offs and multiple food deliveries.

My upstairs neighbor is way too loud. The amenities are nice but you can tell that a lot of corners were cut during the building of this property like uneven floors, floor from the flooring that wasn’t removed and the floors not being glued in the entrance ways.
