February 25, 2026My earliest recollection of Morrison Yard was it looked and felt like I was living in a high end resort! However, no one takes care of it anymore and it saddens me every year to see the property being neglected and mismanaged. It is now dirty in the resident hallways, with blackened carpeting, marred walls and floorboards, animal hair in all the stairwells and poor communication to residents on all fronts. Please make this place great again as the location and public places were fabulous!Property Manager Responded

December 22, 2025I have really enjoyed living here; it is always clean and has great amenities for me and my pets. Parking and package room are my two main complaints- very unorganized and limited. From the very first tour, Elliot stood out. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely excited to showcase everything the property offers. Her professionalism and warmth set the tone for the entire process. Move-in coordination was seamless. Elliot stayed in constant communication, answered every ...question quickly, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth transition. Once I officially moved in, the support didn’t stop she continued to check in, help with logistics, and ensure I was settled comfortably. The building itself is gorgeous, the amenities are top-tier, and the location is unbeatable. The amenities are nice but you can tell that a lot of corners were cut during the building of this property like uneven floors, floor from the flooring that wasn’t removed and the floors not being glued in the entrance ways.Property Manager Responded
