February 25, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMy earliest recollection of Morrison Yard was it looked and felt like I was living in a high end resort! However, no one takes care of it anymore and it saddens me every year to see the property being neglected and mismanaged. It is now dirty in the resident hallways, with blackened carpeting, marred walls and floorboards, animal hair in all the stairwells and poor communication to residents on all fronts. Please make this place great again as the location and public places were fabulous!Property Manager Responded
