Office and maintenance staff are friendly, barely needed maintenance but when I did they were quick to respond. The property is always being maintained and cleaned. The price is great for the neighborhood and close to everything. The schools are great.

The prices to this place have gone up by 30% in one shot. The doors to my apartment slow got swollen & can barely close, the walls are very thin so you have no privacy & can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Maintenance sucks and responds days-a week later.

Our apartment’s sink was getting full of dirty black water and maintenance guy was supposed to go early morning then rescheduled throughout the day until it was time to leave and he never came. When we got home at the end of the day our apartment was flooded with sewer water. It was everywhere: living room, kitchen, dinning room and rooms! We called the “emergency maintenance line” and of course no answer at all. If they don’t do their job during the day what makes us think they will work at ...

Players Club does not care about their renters. As long as they are full and making their money, they make no effort to provide reasonable solutions to residents with issues. Instead we get name called, lied to and absolutely no accountability. Oh yeah and it is totally okay with them if a mom and her kids have to park across the street and walk through a dark parking lot with no security because they will enforce you not parking front of the building but won't make the effort to tow cars that ...

Scam. Stay away

They will scam you out of every penny you have. They have policies and fees they tell no one. That they rip up the carpets when you move out and if you have any stains, regardless of how the surface looks, they say it's urine and charge you 800$. They also charge you a 61$ fulfill notice to vacate. Which is a fee for moving out on time!!! I should have know something was up the day we moved in a tenant was complaining about the same things. The notify tenants my taping flyers on brick wall above ...

mail boxes which get taken down or blown away very easily. So there are always surprise tests and roof work being done. DO NOT MOVE IN. Save your money and go else where. Also my wife was attacked in the park behind the apartments a d he was never caught but is seen often there. He as done it numerous times. It's a sketchy area. It seems ok until you meet the people in the area. We started there with thousands of ants and would see like 3-4 German roaches a day. So after a few of their treatments with no success. I took things into my own hands and set some traps and within a few weeks ants were manageable and roaches would show up a few a month.
