      Leasing office is really helpful and communicative. Sandy went above and beyond by picking up a package mistakenly dropped off on our porch. She went to the other side of the building in 90 degree heat so we wouldn’t have our package at risk.

      I absolutely adore living here. The community is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the neighbors are fantastic. The maintenance team is always prompt and responsive, and the amenities are spotless and well-maintained. I particularly love my loft; when they built it, they truly considered the design and ensured that everything I need is conveniently placed.

      It's over priced for what is provided. Two parking spots included instead of one. The leasing staff are helpful. There are people smoking tobacco (and...) outside our windows often. I hate it.

      Been here for a few years now there really isn’t anything negative I could say about the actual apartment complex. Just wish some of the tenants would take pride in the place and clean up after themselves. For an example, the trash rooms. They get negative reviews about it all the time and it’s not their fault. The tenants should be more conscious about cleaning up after themselves.
