January 4, 2026It's been good so far. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I had a package stolen from my door and the delivery people repeatedly place packages at my door when I tell them to use the (very) reliable locker service at the leasing office.Review from Apartments.com

The location on Race Street is very convenient, with VTA access right in front of the community, making commuting easy and stress-free. It also offers close proximity to daily essentials, dining options, and easy access to major routes. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and well-designed, making it easy to ...feel at home. December 27, 2025I have not had the greatest experience here. There is constantly something breaking down whether it’s an elevator or the garage doors. Many of the amenities are unavailable due to construction and renovations. The trash service always leaves trash on the floors of the hallway and it’s something we have to pay for and can’t opt out so it’s more of an issue than it’s worth. The 1 time I did reach out because of a parking issue in the garage, it took me calling 3 times and waiting weeks for a ...response. The maintenance here always takes the cheapest route to repairs so it’s just temporary fixes.
