        My experience here so far has been very positive. Every-time I’ve had problems, questions or issues I was helped to resolve whatever the issue was. I like that there’s clear communication from Mosaic and all of the staff. I feel like everyone in the leasing office has gone above and beyond to help.

        I am very satisfied with Mosaic apartments and hence I upgraded from a 1 Bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment. I like the sense of security the community gives me.

        It’s a beautiful place we have been living here from a long time but management keeps changing every now and then and now they suddenly increased the rent more than what they normally do. It’s a smoke free community but we can smell smoke every Now and then.

        The apartment should have been cleaner. Had to clean the bathrooms, kitchen and floors upon move in. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets are worn and have water damage… other than that - things have been good

        My stay here as been nice. A few things that are different or unexpected - The club room was under construction for the first 5 months I lived here… and now it’s locked - looks like it’s only available to rent out or secure for an event. It’s not open on a day to day basis for all residents to use. The same with the movie theater. Other buildings I’ve lived in - you can use the amenities on a regular basis, and reserve them for private events. But it looks like movie theater and club room ...

        Good not great. I like it but there could be some improvements with leasing office organization. I like how quiet and peaceful it is. I wish the clubhouse was open to all residents as first come first serve instead of by rental only. Sad that an amenity was advertised as available to residents but we have to pay extra for access.

        I appreciate when the complex is kept clean. I would like to have 2 parking spots for the two bedroom apartments. It would be nice to be able to use the pool table without such a high fee. An "amenity" with such a high cost is not an amenity.
