NEW Management is HORRIBLE
May 4, 2023They hire a new person every couple months for management & maintenance. They don’t keep track of any rent payments,luckily I keep a binder with all my payment stubs so when they tried to claim we didn’t pay rent I had the proof to show we did.They will definitely try to scam you any chance they get with rent and late fees if you don’t keep a log.Do NOT expect anything to get fixed in your apartment after you move in. My apartment along with a couple of my neighbors had BLACK MOLD.We begged for ...6 months to get the black mold taken care of, after talking to our neighbors, we realized that it was no use begging because they do not care.The mold stayed in our apartment for over 5 months!!They only came to remove the mode after threatening to take them to court.We will definitely not be renewing our lease ,and would never suggest anyone we care about to move in here.Not to mention the new manager has a BIG problem with keeping up with Rent payments , she called me multiple times and tried to claim that we didn’t pay rent or that we owe late fees,after bringing in our proof of pay she said she makes these mistakes. I’m sorry but if you make these mistakes that often you probably shouldn’t be managing a whole apartment complex.I can’t even imagine how many people they probably took advantage of with this late fee scam.In less then 6 months they went through 3+Maintenance people, 2+front desk people and 2 managers.This new manager got promoted after 3 weeks of being a front desk worker because the actual manager quit she is definitely not qualified for this kind of work. The new manager was so upset when we brought in our proof of pay and still didn’t want to apologize for accusing us of not paying rent. She actually raised your voice and started an argument with me. I couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism I witnessed. All because we caught her in a lie. After the conversation she was so upset that she told us that she might not fix the mold problem or the moldy dishwasher. The day we got our keys to move in the apartment was disgusting the cleaning lady quit the day we moved in so we had to clean the entire apartment after someone else’s was living in it, we had to pay out of pocket for someone to shampoo the nasty stinky carpets. Not one fellow neighbor that I talked to has anything nice to say about these apartments since new management. Waste of time and money
October 20, 2022I was approved A MONTH AGO, and since have been given 5 different move in dates. The recent date I was given, I called to confirm that morning to make sure I was for sure moving in that day. They confirmed and told me to come at 2. So I went and got a money order for the prorated rent/deposits. When I arrived at 2, the office was locked and my apartment was not ready, FOR THE FIFTH TIME. I plan on taking action in order to get my money back for the application fees I paid. $200 wasted.Review from Apartments.com

December 4, 2018I recently moved in here and i love it! the floor plan is big and open feeling. The property is quite. They redid our fences and are doing some remodeling and thats been awesome because the one draw back i had was the outside looks old. The maintenance men are always around when you need something done and are fast. The women in the office are so sweet! Lakisha? Helped me move in and she was just fantastic. The Place to be!!!!
July 15, 2016To start when I was in a bad situation Windsor Place and its staff was there for me and my children. Without them I don't l know where I would be today. The Apartments are spacious and the yards are always kept. How many people can say they can go swim in their pool at their apartments and it be clean cause they care about us. They want us to have a home not just a Apartment. That's what I call Windsor Place which is HOME. They are pet friendly and me and my 3 pup children are very grateful for ...there care and love for my family. I lived here 17years ago when my daughter was being born I loved this Place so much that I had to come back and join up with this family once again. July 7, 2016You want family? Living here has shown me what family is. The Apartments have Square footage that you can't get anywhere else and great pricing. I lived here years ago and didnt even bother to look anywhere else. I came straight back to Windsor (HOME) for me and my children. May I say I have always appreciated the professional and enthusiastic customer service provided by the office staff. The maintenance team has consistently demonstrated excellent service to the residents. The leasing staff has ...been outstanding in their support of the residents and their concerns. July 7, 2016me and my wife were looking to get into a family oriented place, when we found our dream apartment. First we realized that there were many well mannered children. then we realized the adults were just as nice. the management here is spectacular. friendly and one on one.
