Great move in experience

I recently moved in to Mosaic and had a great experience. Samantha in the front office gave me a great tour of all the units relevant to my search and helped me out with tons of honest advice. It made my search much less intimidating and led to me choosing Mosaic. During move in, I had a small maintenance issue pop up and Samantha sent the maintenance team to fix it on the spot. Would recommend the complex!

Genuinely love this place. The rooms are nice, the pool and hot tub feel like it's in a resort, and the gym is wonderful. After my last apartment, I assumed all leasing offices were rude and unkind, but this place is so welcoming. I stop in a few times a week to get a cup of coffee or a soda. The leasing agent, Samantha, was so honest and helpful, and really guided us to the best apartment for us. We still stop in and chat with her frequently. We're staying for a few years for sure

Needed to find an apartment asap after relocating to SoCal. I called the Mosaic in the afternoon and explained to Samantha my situation. She was able to show me around the beautiful and well maintained Mosaic that evening and gave me options of available apartments with different views. She listened to my needs and worked so diligently that I had the keys to my new beautiful apartment in less than 24 hours! Everything from the credit check to signing the lease agreement and getting situated went ...
so smoothly thanks to Samantha guiding me throughout the entire process. The maintenance crew is friendly and super quick. The 2 times I’ve needed minor repairs they were there to fix it the very next morning. Maintenance team is amazing they go above and beyond. This rating is more for the women that work in the office. My garage clicker was not working and I was given one that the battery would not stay in place, I had to hold down the battery every time to use it. I was only given one. On top of that, I had an emergency and mistakenly left my clicker in the garage. There is no way of opening the garage without it. Lucky I was able to find maintenance myself and they went above and beyond to help me. ...
As for Alexis and Samantha turned me away and said to go find the maintenance men myself the following day. When it wasnt working. I ended up going to Home Depot and buying my own clicker so I can have a. Back up and be able to open it Myself. I dont have a problem with the management team, but they are extremely rude and cant help with things like this

I enjoy living at Mosaic. Its expensive to rent in Ventura County but, at Mosaic we have a gated community, wonderful amenities, and a great maintenance staff. The office staff are nice and they provide cold drinks and coffee! I l like living here.

Living at Mosaic so far has been great. The property is beautiful and the 1bedroom units are really nice and the central AC and washer and dryer in the unit is fabulous! The shopping amenities that are literally right across the street includes a Victoria Secret, a MAC makeup store, an Ulta, lots of others but those are my absolute favorites along with Target, Walmart, Home Depot, TJ Max, Nordstrom Rack, there are so many Id be listing them for a long time. Every place has its pros and Cons, but ...

I moved in a week ago after traveling from the east coast. Great communication from the staff to help me find the best place for me, and everything was ready for move in as soon as I walked in the door. So far the place has been quiet, well maintained, and maintenance has been on top of any requests. Great location as well, and I appreciate that the complex is gated. Super satisfied with Mosaic.
