Great location is the only perk
August 31, 2025I would not recommend living at Mosaic. While the location is great and the office staff is friendly, the apartment is overpriced for the poor quality. Be sure to read your lease carefully, as the company adds numerous fees and double charges for things like pest control, valet trash, and parking. The biggest problem is the ongoing pest problem with roaches and ants. The building's pest control has not resolved the issue, claiming it's not a severe problem and that little can be done. The slow ...maintenance response times and high utility fees, which are impacted by things like water leaks and constantly lit vacant units, are also major drawbacks.Property Manager Responded

Run away
July 17, 2022Let’s count the ways - management is never around or able to answer questions or even enforce any rules in the rental agreement, dog poo everywhere, pool is disgusting, police presence every other week, loud, gates frequently not working (luxury ? Not at all), maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, you pay mandatory water, garbage pick up fees separately (they don’t even pick up the garbage). Not worth it
August 14, 2016I just moved out after being at Mosaic for 1 year and although I loved the area and it was in a good location, I was disappointed with many things that went on at this property. Over the course of just 1 year, our water was shut off at least 6 times. Even though an email was sent out saying when it would be shut off, it wouldn't ever actually get sent out right until it was off or until it was too late for you to see it the next morning and the water would already be off, and it would never be ...back on when they said it would be. Our apartment rent just would or wouldn't show up sometimes because we did paper, it was kind of like a game, and the office staff never seem too friendly, but rather annoyed that you were ever in there bugging them with something. One time I went in and two different people were in there, one was assisting a soon to be new resident, but the other lady wasn't doing anything. She didn't help me she didn't even talk to me. the other lady left the building without saying a word to me, not even saying that she’d be back in a moment to help me. Maintenance was not very fast at getting things done. It took them almost the entire time I lived there to fix something on the toilet, and the request was put in the day I moved in. I also don't really like the fact that if I give the okay to enter to do maintenance work because you have no idea when they will show up and you may not be home, that you don't know when they have been in your home. Because right before I moved out, someone else was at the apartment and said maintenance came and left which is strange considering neither me or my roommate had any outstanding maintenance orders, so I’m kind of wandering why they would have been in my apartment. They are bad communicators with some of the things that go on at the property, like some of the things that have gone on at the pool and then try and tell you that it’s your fault. The walls are pretty thin, I could hear my neighbors at night snoring, I could hear them sitting down on their bed and opening and closing what sounded like dresser drawers. The trees grow pretty fast so were constantly hanging in the way of the sidewalks on the walk to the carports and mailboxes. You will hear the football games going on across the street at the high school, which didn't really bother me but you will hear them. Exceptional Property, Front Office and Maintenance
August 21, 2015I've lived at Mosaic (previously Acacia Creek) for over 5 years. The location and condition of the Apartments are excellent with recent upgrades in appliances, flooring, cabinets and so on. Additionally, the response and quality of critical Maintenance requests are both timely and completed in a professional manner. The Front Office personnel are helpful, courteous and tenant friendly. Security is excellent with electronic Gates that are individually accessed. Have never seen any critters of any ...type. Rates are competitive with area. Paradise
August 14, 2015Living at Mosaic truly is like living in Paradise. The apartments themselves are so well thought out and feel more like a home. The amazing views of the mountains along with the desert scenery and incredible sunsets simply add to the benefits of living here. The staff are so helpful and really do want to make sure that your every need is met. You are just a short drive to all the fantastic restaurants and shops of downtown Scottsdale as well as the Civic Center where there are always great things ...happening. Pet Friendly, Great Value, Outstanding Office/Maintenance Team
July 25, 2015Located directly across the street from Chaparral High School (ranked #9 among Arizona high schools) but don't let that deter you! Beautiful landscaping with mature trees and grass; they recently planted many more flowering bushes which will be great next spring! This is by far the best maintenance staff I have experienced in my almost 20 years of renting. John is amazingly friendly (my timid dog LOVES him). There are many different apartment layouts to choose from, including renovated or not, ...offering walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings, split floor plans and a private balcony/patio! There are 3 pools and Mosaic just purchased new furniture for each of them in super neat colors (not just your generic tan/brown furniture here anymore!), though they are NOT all heated in the winter, brr! Check out their amazing gym! There is an abundance of cardio and strength machines as well as the automated fitness on demand for those less inclined to use machines (I am not a gym dweller but my teen boys love it). I would recommend Mosaic to the pet-friendly renters (because there are definitely dogs living here!), families, singles.. everyone. July 20, 2015This is a good location which is about the best thing I can say. I have had maintenance issues that were ongoing for several weeks if not months at a time and were not fixed until much later. On average I would say I had maintenance fixing things about once a week for two years. The previous management was horrible but it has gotten somewhat better.
