Good choice for Kissimmee
April 29, 2025I have had a really great experience with this property and current leasing team. Carly is not only personable, she also makes everything feel easy and stress free. Plus she keeps the tenants updated and informed with anything happening at the property. Now about the property...if you're going to live in Kissimmee, this side of town is the place to be. The best Apartments in Kissimmee!
March 5, 2024I had just relocated to Kissimmee last July for work and after touring several apartment complexes none of them felt like home. That was until I walked into Mosaic and was greeted by Carly and Later Danielle! Carly explained and showed me a beautiful studio and I fell in love immediately. She went over and explained pricing in a honest and very understandable manner. I reserved it that same night. It’s an extremely well organized apartment complex with all the modern amenities one could ask for, ...a beautiful swimming pool, and a great hangout area with a pool ya le and TV and other games. Also we have an enormous gym which is perfect for me! Also we have Access to the building and our home through your phone and also a parcel pending mail system. There’s always enough space to park your car and you don’t have to walk far. The elevators are spacious and how could I forget how amazing the maintenance manger Jimmy is. All maintenance requests I were resolved within 24 hours. They truly care about use as we are a community in this building and this is something we all appreciate. Also we have valet trash service which is always amazing. I feel very blessed to live her and Will definitley be renewing my lease, every year! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars because that’s how amazing living here has been!Property Manager Responded
