January 3, 2026Moved in May 2025… still waiting for both bathroom mirrors to be replaced that we are continuely being told that they are on back ordered from May 2025. It is now January 2026 with the replacement still not done. The heating system in my unit does not work properly, the living areas stay hot while the bedrooms stay cold. We have had the maintenance team make adjustments to the thermostat several times with no relief. Additionally, contacting the management office at the Mosaiac At Largo Station ...where we reside is impossible via phone and email. We contacted them over 20 times by phone not being able to reach anyone except the leasing office who only deals with helping get new residents in the building. We have left messages every time and No-one returns our phone calls…EVER!! October 2, 2025Great community. The building is pretty quiet. More parking and less package theft would improve the living conditions. However, it is the delivery drivers that do not place the packages in the parcel lockers and just leave them in the package room. And residents leave the package room door open sometimes. Last week a driver left my package outside of the building by the door. Normally, when there is an issue, management will address it quickly. Maintenance is amazing. I have accrued a lot of scuffs and dings on my car due to tight and crooked parking. Every time Ive had an issue with packages, the leasing team has been more than helpful in resolving. The one star left out is because when I moved in, there were so many things I wasn't oriented on so my move in was just not it.
