January 3, 2026Moved in May 2025… still waiting for both bathroom mirrors to be replaced that we are continuely being told that they are on back ordered from May 2025. It is now January 2026 with the replacement still not done. The heating system in my unit does not work properly, the living areas stay hot while the bedrooms stay cold. We have had the maintenance team make adjustments to the thermostat several times with no relief. Additionally, contacting the management office at the Mosaiac At Largo Station ...where we reside is impossible via phone and email. We contacted them over 20 times by phone not being able to reach anyone except the leasing office who only deals with helping get new residents in the building. We have left messages every time and No-one returns our phone calls…EVER!! The ONLY times we have been able to speak with them is if we see them in the lobby area near the office which is very far and few between.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2025Great community. The building is pretty quiet. More parking and less package theft would improve the living conditions. However, it is the delivery drivers that do not place the packages in the parcel lockers and just leave them in the package room. And residents leave the package room door open sometimes. Last week a driver left my package outside of the building by the door. Normally, when there is an issue, management will address it quickly. Maintenance is amazing. August 29, 2025Everyone is very nice. The apartment complex is extremely clean. They have cleaners that come and clean to make sure this is the case. It’s quiet for the most part. They have a clean and safe pool it’s not open past 8 I believe but it’s not very deep. Parking garage is gated so also safe.Review from Apartments.com

August 1, 2025I love living here. The only thing I dont like is that people often run through the halls yelling (mental health issues and other) I also wish the parking spots were larger. I have accrued a lot of scuffs and dings on my car due to tight and crooked parking. Every time Ive had an issue with packages, the leasing team has been more than helpful in resolving.
