Noise Is A Huge Problem.
October 29, 2020Currently live here and have had a pretty poor experience so far. First, Levis Commons is a great area to live. Mosaic's apartments appear nice but there are many structural flaws such as thin walls and ceilings. This negatively affects your life while living here. You will hear your upstairs neighbors walk around all day, if they snore you will hear it, if they are watching tv it will vibrate your apartment. The water is never consistent it is a game of roulette whether you get hot water or not ...regardless if you have used other water previously, almost every morning my shower never gets hot water. I put in a work order to get this looked at and no one has shown up to look at it after ~1.5 months. The cost is not worth the quality of your living to be as limited as it is here.Property Manager Responded
