Good location, some ongoing issues
April 26, 2026Stayed here for about 2 years. Overall, it was a decent experience and I’d give it around 4 stars, mainly because of the location, which was the biggest highlight for me. It’s a great area, especially if you enjoy walking. I spent a lot of time going to the nearby park with my dog. The gym is also solid, and the price felt reasonable for what you get. That said, there were a few ongoing issues that are worth mentioning. The fire alarm system has been a long-term problem, with occasional false ...alarms, sometimes late at night, which was stressful over time. There were also some issues with pests, even when keeping the apartment clean. The garage doors were frequently out of order, and access to the building or amenities could be inconsistent due to app or door malfunctions, which sometimes led to security concerns. Maintenance was usually quick for smaller fixes, but larger issues could take longer. For example, I had an AC problem that took about a week to fully resolve. Another thing that stood out was the landscaping noise, with leaf blowers being used quite often, sometimes early in the morning. Wonderful improvements
February 22, 2026I enjoy living at Mosaic at Mueller! Over the past year, the new property manager and team have made such noticeable improvements, and it truly shows. Courtney and her team take wonderful care of me and my dogs, they always make us feel welcomed and valued. The community has such a friendly, homey atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, you’re close to everything you need and the rent is very reasonable for the Mueller area. They also run move-in specials often, which really helped with my ...moving costs. The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that the trash area can occasionally get a little out of control, but the team is always quick to clean and maintain it. December 28, 2024Alarming Rat Infestation Issue – Do Not Ignore If you're considering living here, think twice! The rat infestation in this property is absolutely unacceptable and a complete nightmare. My bedroom ceiling has become a rat playground—they run, fight, chew, and make unbearable noise all night long. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep! The problem is even worse in the garage, where the smell is disgusting, and rats are visibly walking over cables. I’ve reported this issue multiple times, ...yet nothing has been done to resolve it. The situation is only getting worse, and it’s clear management does not take this health and safety hazard seriously. This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a serious problem affecting my quality of life and safety. If you value peace, hygiene, and management that actually addresses tenant concerns, avoid this place at all costs! Would you want to live in a place overrun by rats? Rats and Mice
November 30, 2024The building is kind of difficult to navigate, but it's fine when you get used to it. The pools are okay, gym is silly levels of nice though. The area is also nice, plenty of trails and places to go nearby. But rats(?) and mice. I saw one, caught it, released it miles away, rinse and repeat, with the pest control called only after I went into the office in person to basically beg. They put one spring trap down. I continued and caught 6+ mice, continually updating management and getting little in ...the way of help. Pest control returned a few times but never really did much. I found the holes and management finally helped plug them up a bit. When we decided we needed to leave but didn't want to break a lease we asked to move units and they tried to charge us a unit move fee which is I guess fair but seemed like a less than kind act after all that. It's an older building but not so old that this should happen and the response wasn't great or helpful for a while and then only intermittently. Parking is a nightmare
August 27, 2024Terrible parking situation at this apartment complex. They changed to 3 separate towing companies over 2 years while living here. Each has a completely different registration process and they’ll still tow your car when registered it’s a $300. My car was also stolen out of the parking garage and the apartment refused to provide CCTV to the police without a court order. Turns out their cameras weren’t working during the theft. They’re current tow company will put massive stickers on your window ...when your parked in your own reserved spot. great building but lots of issues.
June 15, 2021Apartments are really nice , with great appliances. Management had a difficult time in figuring out how to manage the building when they first took over. Key issues: 1. if you have a pet, it’s far to take them out if you live on higher floors. 2. Garbage management is still a struggle. 3. Security : there was a murder in 2019 in the garage, bikes , car tires , car parts , and yes even cars are were stolen from the garage, security is awful here, “management is working on it”, but to pay top ...dollars to live in a luxury complex and have to deal with this is a joke. 4. Absolutely awful!
December 15, 2020Do yourself a favor and don't live here. I've been here for 2 years and it's gone downhill so fast. I feel so unsafe here and the people in the front office are extremely rude. Also, someone was murdered in the parking garage (definitely my breaking point). I recently went out of town and had an unexpected package delivered- I called the office to ask if someone could grab the package and bring it to the office so it doesn't get stolen and they said no. Packages are stolen here all the time so ...there's no chance mine will be there when I return. Absolutely awful customer service.Property Manager Responded
