This will be our 5th year here! Granted there are a total of 8 grandchildren within 10 minutes of us here! However, we are aware of other good apartment complexes in the area as well. I wouldn’t move here again Location is the best part about this place. The elevators never work, the garage door never works and cars are getting broken into and stolen. Our mail is getting stolen. They did fix the rats problem Either the trash compactor is always broken or lazy neighbors don’t use the trash shoot and leave their trash laying around to fill up the trash rooms. Abysmal Communication & Repair Service The lack of communication from the office is insane. Problems get reported with ZERO response or follow through. Requests have to be made over and over and over again to get a response. Many times it requires an in person confrontation just to get anything from anyone. The lack of follow through when problems are reported is also majorly concerning. I was told the elevators were fine when I repeated reported them as not working. And here we are, SIX MONTHS ...
LATER and still no working elevator. I’ve reported a ceiling leak that’s causing flooding every time it rains. NOTHING! Not even a response to my emails. There’s a drain pipe that’s been lying in the yard for over a year now. It’s appalling.

Management is pretty unhelpful when it comes to resident issues. Also so many elements of Mosaic have just been endlessly broken or dysfunctional as long as I’ve lived here (2 years) — elevators, locks/door codes (which is a huge security issue btw, sometimes unhoused people roam the halls and car break-ins happen regularly in the parking garage), coffee machines. It’s not great but I guess that’s the price we’re paying here.

Cheap Management Old Building The bad: Safety is a complete joke here, the tech fee should be reimbursed to everyone until the gates and elevators are fixed. Incredible how long it’s been open. Packages are stolen every holiday season and it’s a complete joke that there’s a camera installed that has paint over it, hilarious really. Newly installed code locks at entry points stop working randomly? I’ve triggered the little alarm at least 10 times, last time yesterday being 2nd floor of garage. ...
I think there’s no signal there which makes the whole system a bad choice in the first place. Glass is still there on 5th floor from car break ins. Continuous break ins btw. Elevator hasn’t worked for what feels like a year. Once it hit 3 months the whole system should’ve been replaced. Seems like cheap fixes have kept this from being fixed. Bike parking has never been reinstalled after management blaming safety for removing it. Created a problem themselves and instead of fixing it, amenities were removed. The roofs are quite literally collapsing. After the hail storm there were repairs which there’s no water inside the apartment anymore, but the hallways keep leaking everytime it rains. The ok: Apartment is ok but definitely does not fit the luxury or remodeled bars. Remodeling was installing ugly gray plastic flooring, gray paint everywhere. Not worth the price but comfortable enough to have no complaints. Gym is solid, except for lack of tv control. Pools are ok too but needs clearing of tree debris more often. Summary: Not worth the price, definitely moving out. The property has much potential but cheap management makes any building fall apart. The building requires a good reinvestment from corporate to become a comfortable place to live in.

I want to feel safer… Why are we paying all these fees if the entrance doors and parking garage aren’t consistently locking? One of my biggest concerns is Sundays, because random people end up parking in our garage due to the farmers market. The garage doors should remain closed and secured. Also, the new door app doesn’t seem to work properly on every floor, which has led people to leave rocks or tape on hallway doors so they stay open. A Place in Decline I'm sure this place used to be good, but it is going in the wrong direction. So many issues are not fixed or taken care of by the staff that it is becoming unpleasant to live here. The parking garage gate has not been working for at least the last 8 months. None of the doors to enter the building lock, which leads to multiple intrusions and could explain the numerous car thefts which happenned recently. Elevators are consistently broken. The timeline to get repairs is ...
super long, and when a contractor is hired, probably the most unqualified one comes because none of the fixes last. Front office people are incompetent, sending generic emails without much explanation about the issue happening or the plan to overcome those issues. This is a non-exhaustive list of issues not fixed by the management: 1) trash accumulation due to small trash containers and no removal over weekends and days off, leading to rat infestation. 2) Multiple doors are broken and/or without locks. 3) Garage door broken. 4) Pool rules not implemented (dogs in pool, loud music). 5) The package area is not secured, leading to multiple packages being stolen. 6) Supposedly, a safety agent is on site at night, but this seems to be a lie since when homeless people enter the gym, the police have to be called, and no one from the staff is present. 7) Some fire doors are broken and are being propped open with door stoppers, which is a huge safety hazard. 8) They like to tow vehicles, even if its a guest vehicle correctly registered. I am always wondering if I'll see my car in one piece or at all every morning! The list could go on. All this to say that this place is getting worse day after day

Doors at entry points have been broken since I moved in- December 2024. They attempted to implement an “app based” entry system, but never could figure that out, so they seem to have abandoned it months ago. The garage gate is permanently broken, as is the garage elevator. There appears to be little to no appetite to repair issues and/or implement any type of security. Good location, some ongoing issues

Stayed here for about 2 years. Overall, it was a decent experience and I’d give it around 4 stars, mainly because of the location, which was the biggest highlight for me. It’s a great area, especially if you enjoy walking. I spent a lot of time going to the nearby park with my dog. The gym is also solid, and the price felt reasonable for what you get. alarms, sometimes late at night, which was stressful over time. There were also some issues with pests, even when keeping the apartment clean. The garage doors were frequently out of order, and access to the building or amenities could be inconsistent due to app or door malfunctions, which sometimes led to security concerns. Maintenance was usually quick for smaller fixes, but larger issues could take longer. For example, I had an AC problem that took about a week to fully resolve. Another thing that stood out was the landscaping noise, with leaf blowers being used quite often, sometimes early in the morning. Overall, it’s a good option if location is your priority, but there are some operational and maintenance areas that could be improved.
