    The Motif is a beautiful clean & community-friendly place. But like most places it is a bit over-priced! Also, the apartment doors can be a very annoying problem when the battery wears out! But in regards to the staff, they are very professional as well as friendly & courteous. They are why I stayed for another lease term.

    After my first night here, I truly enjoy the peace. The quietness with the exception of the Metro North is lovely. The beautiful aroma as you enter the building and my floor is captivating, it’s what drew me here. All in all I’m glad I made the decision to live here.     I've been living here for eight months and love it! The leasing and maintenance people first rate. Lots of amenities, but I enjoy the fitness area the most. The apartments are beautiful and surprisingly quiet, I rarely hear my neighbors. The building is quiet, clean and well maintained. You can easily walk to local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.I highly recommend The Motif!
