    Leasing agents responded to my inquires quickly. I was able to move in quickly. So far so good. I wish my apartment was cleaned a little better prior to me moving in.

    It's okay. The people a mostly friendly. I would love for maintenance to leave a note when they have been here so I can know if a service has been completed. Other than that this environment is okay. People just need to pick up after themselves and their pets.

    I’ve lived here for 3.5 years, so I’ve been here from the very beginning. Like any apartment complex, there have been growing pains. Management has changed twice, which is typical for this community since the first company wasn’t originally intended to serve as a management company. There’s room for improvement in cleanliness, parking, and community events. After the first management company transitioned out, the sense of community faded, which led me to focus on the future—ultimately, my ...
    decision to leave. That said, this isn’t the worst community I’ve lived in. It has its positives, but the lack of consistency and engagement from management made it harder to feel at home.

    The staff is very helpful but the communication could be better. I waited a long time to hear anything back about the maintenance request I submitted. Also there is no way to contact anyone after hours for emergencies.

  • New property turned bad.

    Motiva started as a nice place to live but has unfortunately gone down hill. For the amount of money you spend in rent you would expect at the least for the property to be maintained. Sadly that is not the case. Trash is constantly left around the building/parking lot and gym equipment has been down for months with no plans in place for repairs. Parking is a major issue where there are not enough spots for the residents due to mgmt being reactive instead of proactive. All of these issues have ...
    been brought to management’s attention but you will be lucky if you get a response as the phones are never answered and the emails are left unread. They will sell you a dream when you tour the property and encourage you to write a review which is why the ratings currently do not accurately reflect the residents actual experience. After move in, you will quickly realize the only thing that matters is filling the vacancies and the people that are already occupying the apartments are left forgotten.

    My experience has been decent as I moved in within the last 2 months. I have only been here so far during winter and had higher expectations on how snow and ice were removed/ maintained on pavement. When I moved in there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed in the apartment which took some time to complete as parts needed to be ordered. Any other issues around heat and water temperature were prioritized and completed within a few hours but I will say that water in the shower does not ...

    I’ve been here for less than a year and there has been a variety of issues. Parking has always been an issue since move in, the gym area is always dirty/ messy, and some of the leasing staff isn’t as helpful/welcoming. The place has potential, but it needs a more permanent team that’s dedicated to improving the property. Sometimes it’s hard to reach the office by phone or email. It seems like help is only given if you persistently visit the leasing office, reminding the team of your issues. ...
    Furthermore, there’s always a new leasing agent every time I visit the office.
