Thank you for inquiring about Mount Carmel Gardens Senior Apartments, a community for seniors 62 and better that is nationally recognized as a Community of Quality by the National Affordable Housing Management Association. We are within walking distance of grocery and pharmacy stores. The community is one mile away from a nationally ranked hospital and also on the public transportation line. Our building has 17 floors and the apartments have amazing views of Jacksonville, with some of our apartments having a beautiful view of the downtown Jacksonville skyline. Our newly renovated community offers wonderful amenities including a laundry facility, exercise room, library with computers and WiFi, community room, and an outdoor patio with gazebo, picnic tables and grills. We are pet friendly! We offer efficiency, alcove efficiency and one-bedroom apartments. You will find the pricing information below. To qualify for Market Rent, you must have income that is two times the monthly rent. If you do not qualify for Market Rent, we also offer Section 8 subsidies (there is a waiting list at this time). Efficiency $545 (security deposit is $545) Alcove Efficiency $555 (security deposit is $555) 1 Bedroom $631 (security deposit is $631) Utilities are included!!!
